Machining Division
With CNC turning and CNC milling capabilities, and with the support of manual lathes and drills, we can machine a wide range of parts, up to 1,000mm in diameter.
We can machine any type of material, both from cast and forged, with tolerances of 0.02mm and reaching finishes with roughness of 0.2µm.
The company, in the more than 50 years it has worked in this sector, has developed tools to improve the machining process, especially for valves in the petrochemical sector.

Facilities
The machining of parts is carried out in a warehouse of 1,000 m² of workshop and 100m² of office space. The machine park is made up of:
- 6 OKUMA machining lathes
- 1 Gildemeister lathe
- 1 Mori Seiki motorized tool lathe
- 2 horizontal machining centers with double pallet and a carousel for 55 tools.
- 1 vertical machining center with double pallet and a carousel for 55 tools.
- Cazenueve manual lathes.
- 1 ERLO multiple drilling machine.
- 2 ERLO radial drills.
- tapping machine.
- 2 bridge cranes and 9 jibs.
- 1 three-dimensional arm FARO
